Vision
A just Congo free from corruption, where public resources truly serve all citizens.
Who we are
The Centre de Recherche sur l'Anti-Corruption is an independent, non-profit Congolese organization promoting integrity, ethical leadership, and public accountability since its founding in Kinshasa.
A just Congo free from corruption, where public resources truly serve all citizens.
We uphold ethical conduct in all our interventions, partnerships, and internal practices.
We involve women, youth, and marginalized communities in decision-making and program design.
We use research and data to shape action, policy recommendations, and public debate.
We hold ourselves and partner institutions to the same transparency standards we promote.
We build networks with civil society, international organizations, and government bodies to amplify impact.
CERC maintains offices in three DRC provinces and has trained a network of over 1,000 young community monitors who track public spending and service delivery across education, health, and infrastructure sectors.
Leads CERC's strategic direction and national anti-corruption programming.
Oversees evidence production, capacity-building initiatives, and community monitoring networks.
